KEBLE COLLEGE CORPORATE COMMUNION

Wednesday 19th February. Sung Eucharist at 7pm, 8.15pm Dinner in Hall followed by a drinks reception hosted by the Warden. Cost £16 per person. Please let Pauline Scott have your payment together with any dietary requirements by Sunday 26th January at the latest, thank you. This year marks the 150th anniversary of the College’s foundation and as a Keble parish it is an opportunity for us to meet with other Keble parish members, College staff and students, it is always a good occasion.

BRUNCH COMES TO HOLY TRINITY

Sunday 2nd February, approximately 12.45pm. Marian, Marion and Peter will be serving brunch in Trinity Hall.  All welcome, minimum donation £5. There is a sign up sheet on the notice board please put your name on it if you plan to come so we have a rough idea of numbers to expect.  Please also put a ‘V’ next to your name if you require a vegetarian brunch. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there.

THE TRIANGLE

Café and Christian Resource Centre urgently needs new staff in the café. We are looking for a flexible and friendly person to join our small café team here at the Triangle.  The shifts total approximately 10-15 hours per week, mainly on weekdays. The pay is on a minimum wage rate. If you, or anyone you know, would like to apply, please call Paul, Teresa or Denise on 01252 519172 or email admin@thetriangle.org.uk as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to play a part in the Triangle vision, with a friendly team.

FiF GUILDFORD AGM SATURDAY 15th FEBRUARY

The AGM will be held at St Augustine’s Church, Aldershot, commencing with Mass at 12noon followed by refreshments in the Hall and the Business Meeting will start around 2.00pm. Bishop Norman will preside at the Mass and will be our Guest Speaker at the afternoon meeting.

CHRISM MASS AT WINCHESTER CATHEDRAL SATURDAY 4th APRIL

 The coach will depart at 8.50am from St Augustine's, Aldershot, 9.10am from All Saints’, Hawley and 9.20am Holy Trinity, Hawley to arrive at Winchester in time for the 11.00am Chrism Mass. The coach will depart from Winchester for the return trip at 4.00pm. *

RICHBOROUGH FESTIVAL AT CANTERBURY CATHEDRAL SATURDAY 16th MAY

The coach will depart at 8.50am from St Augustine's, Aldershot, 9.10am from All Saints’, Hawley and 9.20am Holy Trinity, Hawley to arrive at Canterbury in time for the 12noon Mass. The coach will depart from Canterbury for the return trip after Evensong at about 4.30pm. Please bring a picnic lunch which we shall have together after the Mass somewhere in/near the Cathedral. *

CORPUS CHRISTI FESTIVAL AT ST AUGUSTINE’S CHURCH, ALDERSHOT FRIDAY 12th JUNE

Mass will start at 7.00pm with Bishop Norman presiding and refreshments will be served after the service.

COACH TRIP TO ST ALBAN'S CATHEDRAL SATURDAY 8th AUGUST

Tthe coach will depart at 9.30am at St Augustine's, Aldershot, 9.50am at All Saints’, Hawley, and about 10.00am at Holy Trinity, Hawley, arriving at St Alban’s at 11.15am in time for the 12noon Mass and aiming to leave St Alban's for the return trip as soon as Evensong is over, around 5.00pm. Please bring a picnic lunch which we shall have together after the Mass in the Bishop's garden. *

* Coach prices will be the same as they have been for the last few years, despite rising costs, for the three outings i.e. £12 for each individual outing. However the trips to Canterbury and St Alban's are linked and if going on both these trips the cost is reduced to £20 for both, a saving of £4. Under 18s go for £5 each on all trips.

SUNDAY EVENSONG AND BENEDICTION

Has resumed at 6pm at Holy Trinity. You’d be most welcome if you were able to augment the congregation, why not give it a try!

EXPOSITION

 The 7.30pm Mass on Wednesdays at Holy Trinity is preceded by a period of Adoration as the Blessed Sacrament is exposed on the Resurrection Chapel altar from 7pm.  Why not take this opportunity of spending some quiet time with Our Lord.

 Meet on Saturday 18th January, 11am Mass at Holy Trinity followed by a bring and share meal. Everyone is, as always, very welcome, it would be good to see you.
